Frequently asked questions
- How do I create an account? In the app, tap “Sign In” and choose to create an account below the sign-in form.
- I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password?” and enter your email. We will send you a link to set a new password.
- How do I delete my account and data? In the app, open your profile and choose “Delete Account” at the bottom. Without the app, follow the account deletion page.
- Notifications. You can turn them on or off in your phone’s settings for the Fyzivo app.
